Reflection for Today: Second day of Training
Second day of training was great. Yesterday we did not finish podcast so we had to finished it this morning. What I really liked about today was how we work in constantly worked in groups. That allowed some of us to get to know others better, and learned how to communicate better with others as well. Although some of the group memebers disagreed with each other about some things, that allowed me as a person to learn how to respect and consider others decisions even if I and anyone else disagree. I think the easier part of today was creating a PowerPoint. I have been using PowerPoint for a while, therefore it was not that difficult to use. Movie maker was something new to me. Although it takes alot of brainstorming and thinking, with enough time I think I can learn how to get use to using it. All in all, today was great, can not wait until tomorrow. Signing out: Keosha

The group projects was very helpful. I also learn to respect other people opinions and to be able to allow others to express their individuality and creativity. This will be something very important when working with a lot of teachers and their classes at our locations.
